we studied satisfaction! and it was a very satisfying experience. we made a blog documenting our process and findings. my notes are scribbles in my sketchbook, these videos are a guided
tour through my notes, and my groups process. these videos are made using Jing screen capture software, and that's
why they're both five minutes each, five minutes is the maximum amount
of time it allows.
